About the Australian Space Agency

The Australian Space Agency aims to grow and transform a globally respected national space sector. Our broader goal is to triple the size of the space sector to $12 billion and create up to 20,000 extra jobs by 2030. To achieve this we are helping businesses participate in new local and global markets with funding and programs.

We published the Earth Observation from Space Roadmap 2021-2030 in December 2021. This followed strong engagement with EO stakeholders and significant contributions from partner government agencies and Technical Advisory Group members.
