What are your views on the current listed exemptions? - How are the current listed exemptions not appropriate?

Exemptions. 7.2.2.
Taxis are exempt but surely the mileage incurred is gauged by the vehicle's indicator and has been tested from the factory.
What happens with Uber ? how can consumers rely on what they are being charged if there is not a screen showing details of their journey?

We see notices that the petrol pumps have been checked by official bodies e.g.. Consumer Protection yet car parking meters are exempt which needs consideration.
