Customer experience with the Research and Development Tax Incentive

Closed 11 Oct 2020

Opened 28 Sep 2020

Overview

The Research and Development Tax Incentive (R&DTI) helps offset some of the costs that businesses invest into eligible R&D. Our department is working on a number of reforms to improve your experience when participating in the program.

We would like to understand your current experience in engaging with the R&DTI to inform future program improvements.

Your responses will help us to target specific areas for improvement to ensure the R&DTI is accessible to companies who are doing eligible R&D. This will allow us to improve how we administer the program and make doing business with the government easier for you.

What happens next

Thank you for all inputs into the customer experience with the Research and Development Tax Incentive survey. We will be using the feedback to improve your experience when doing business with the government.
