Why We Are Consulting

The aim of the survey is to seek feedback from industry associations about how they view the ease of acccess to information from Government and how this information is used in providing advice to industry members in Queensland.

This information will be provided as a de-identified summary of findings to the Queensland Government to target priority areas to help improve regulator engagement with industry. This will assist SMEs to save time and money so they can focus on growing their business, creating jobs and developing new products and markets.

Results will only be used in an aggregated form and no data will be used that can be attributed to any individual or organisation.

What Happens Next

A report of the findings from the survey will be prepared based on aggregated de-identified results.  The report will assist the Queensland Office of Small Business to implement the response to the recommendations 2016 Queensland Red Tape Advisory Council report. The Commonwealth will consider the report findings and provide feedback from industry associations to Commonwealth regulators.
