Scope of Australia's Measurement Law

I think the addition of natrual gas measurement to the scope of the measurement law would be a financial benefit to both industry and the Australian economy. A centrally controlled set of risk based measurement guidelines would enhance the flow of indigenous gas around Australia and enable measurements in all states and territories to be made using the same criteria.
