Overview

The Dumping and Subsidy Manual helps you make sense of the anti-dumping and countervailing system. It details how the system works and how the Anti-Dumping Commission conducts investigations.

The manual sets out the legislative framework, principles and practices followed by the Commission as they normally apply to anti-dumping and countervailing investigations.

The Commission is undertaking a targeted update of the manual to ensure it remains up-to-date and reflects current practice.

The Commission is seeking feedback on the proposed updates.

The updates are to ensure the manual reflects current Commission policy and practice.

Proposed changes are tracked in the Word version of the consultation document below.

Please provide feedback in a separate document clearly identifying the relevant section being referred to.

Submissions will not be made public.
